The human body is the most complex system, composed of organs each serve unique in purpose. To carry out normal physiological function of each organ most especially in cellular level essential nutrients must be supplemented; nutrient comes into numerous types: carbohydrates, lipids, protein, vitamins and minerals. These bio-molecules serve as row materials to the functioning enzymes and mediate in several cellular interactions such as protein synthesis, cellular respiration and many more. These nutrients has specific requirement depending on person sex, age, and health condition. While in other way around, suggestion to food intake in daily basis has also been recommended and suggested according to sex, age and health condition of an individual.

In our everyday life, we consume numerous types of foods from breakfast, lunch, dinner to snacks. The human diet is among the broadest in terms of food reference, manifesting huge needs for variety of vitamins and minerals for the wellness of the organ system function.
